Session Information

A FREE 20-30 minute Discovery Call is available for all sessions.  This call will be held over the telephone.  

On this consultation:

• You can find out more on how I can help you. 
• You can find out more information about the treatments that I use.
• You can ask any further questions that you may have.
• You can discuss the nature of your issue.
• I will assess your suitability for the treatment by asking you questions about your medical history
• I will inform you of my practice information details. 

There will be no obligation to book any paid sessions at the end of this session.

Should you wish to cancel or amend the date and time of your Discovery Call, please give at least 48 hours notice prior to the session.

Payments are to be made in advance, prior to the session.   

If no payment has been made 7 days prior to the session,  I will remind you that the payment is due.  If no payment has been made 72 hours prior to the arranged session the session will be cancelled.   

If you wish to change the date or time of the session, or wish to cancel a session, then you must give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the session.  If 48 hours’ notice is not given, a cancellation fee will apply.  The cancellation fee is the full price of the service.  If you cancel your session within the 48-hour notice period and are not wanting to rearrange your session, a full refund will be issued.

If you wish to change the date or time of a FREE session, or wish to cancel a FREE session, then you must give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the session.  If 48 hours not is not given, Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert Therapies reserves the right to charge for that session at their discretion. 

If you are unable to attend the session due testing positive for covid 19 or have covid 19 symptoms, please notify Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert as soon as possible.  You will not be subjected to any cancellation fee and will be able to re-arrange the date of your session.  Please read the separate Covid 19 Policy.

If you encounter an unexpected emergency situation and are unable to attend the session, please inform Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert Therapies as soon as possible.  On these occasions, it is Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert Therapies discretion to whether the cancellation fee will be charged.

There may be times that Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert Therapies has to cancel your session due to illness or other sudden events.  Your session date will be rearranged, and you will not be subjected to any cancellation fee.  Please therefore ensure that you notify Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert Therapies of any changes in contact details.

If you have a 60-minute session booked and arrive for a session late and are less than 20 minutes late, the session shall go ahead but the session will be a shorter session and the minutes lost will not be honoured.  If you arrive more than 20 mins late to the session, the session may have to be cancelled and full payment of the session will be required. 

If you have a session booked that is more than 60 minutes in duration and you arrive late for the session and have at more than 40 minutes remaining, the session will go ahead but the session will be a shorter session and the minutes lost will not be honoured.   If you have less than 40 minutes remaining, the session may have to be cancelled (at Suzanne Gardner-Cuthbert’s discretion) and full payment of the session may be required. 

Online sessions are not available for all therapies or issues.  If your session is available online, you must be free from alcholol and drugs during the sessions.  You must not record the session by any means.  Please ensure that you are in a safe enviroment with no distractions.  

If there is a technical issue before or during a session and the issue can't be resolved, the session will be rearranged.  You will not be subjected to any cancellation fee.  A contact phone number will be required for communication purposes.
