Stress Management Techniques
A combination of stress management techniques and strategies are used to help you reduce or elimate your stressors.
You will gain a better understanding of what stress is and why we experience stress.
You will learn a number of self-help stress management techniques, that you can apply into you life.
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
.NLP uses the mind to make changes. It is a form of psychotherapy that is used to help a person make personal change and to achieve personal excellance.
Neuro represents, our five senses, what we hear, see, feel, taste and smell.
Linguistics, is the language system we use to communicate with ourself (verbal and non-verbal language)
Programming, is the mind programmes that we run. When we discover what mind programmes we run, we can update/change these programmes to achieve our desired outcome.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT uses self-accupressure tapping on certain meridian endpoints on the face and body whilst using a talk therapy at the same time.
The tapping is combined with modern psychology to provide an effective healing modality
Easibirthing® Hypnobirthing
The easibirthing® method uses a combination of techniques such as self hypnosis, relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques, to help prepare your mind and body, for a calm, more comfortable, confident labour and birth.
